R&D Ditching Buckets
R & D Ditching buckets have a tapered design to eliminate binding and have an open profile to make it easier to fill and dump. R & D Ditching buckets are used for slope work, ditching, grading, backfilling, and waste handling.- R & D ditching buckets are constructed with AR 400 material in high-wear areas.
- Lips are drilled for replaceable bolt-on cutting edges or drilled to match customer’s supplied edges.
- Available in pin-on and various quick coupler styles

R&D Land Clearing Rake with Quick Hitch
The tine shapes are such that a thumb is not required for efficient loading and unloading. Our open web design allows for good ground penetration and soil recovery.

R&D Hydraulic Tilt Ditching Bucket
1.25 yd. 60” OLW Hydraulic Tilt Ditching Bucket mounted on a 200 class excavator with a quick coupler. Constructed out of high-strength material, heavy duty cylinders c/w self-aligning bearing in each end.- Buckets can be designed per customer specifications
- Hardened steel bushings are available for buckets
- 2 oversized hydraulic cylinders tilt the bucket up to 60 degrees in each direction. The complete tilt mechanism is fabricated from high-strength material and all the pins are made from chrome induction

R&D Hydraulic Wedge Style Quick Connect Coupler
- Interchangeable with QC’s: 0 – 1 – 2 – 2.5 – 3
- Kits available to convert manual couplers to hydraulic
- Designed to be as compact as possible
- Lock bar is held in by two methods: Double acting hydraulic cylinder and two high strength springs.
- Maintains tip radius and pin center to center as our existing manual couplers.
- Complete installation kit supplied including: Hydraulic hoses, Fittings, Valve, Boom clamps, and Electrical push button.
R&D Quick Coupler non-"pin-to-pin" Dependent
With our new coupler you will have interchangeability between different classes and makes of excavators;- Our QC #1 Coupler will pick up attachments from a class 100 (10 ton) to a class 160 (16 ton)
- Our QC #2 Coupler will pick up attachments from a class 160 (16 ton) to a class 220 (22 ton)
- Our QC #3 Coupler will pick up attachments from a class 250 (25 ton) to a class 330 (33 ton)
This new coupler system still has all the features of our existing quick coupler.
